Week Two Insanity Max 30

max 30This morning started week 2 of Insanity Max 30, no doubt this week was much better than last.  Does one week really make a difference?  Absolutely! My goal is to dig deep, workout harder and eat cleaner as each week passes. Only 42 days till I turn the BIG 40! I really want to look and feel much better not only for me but also my family.

I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me considering I had shoulder and bicep surgery December 10th.  My workout routines came to a screeching halt and over those 16 weeks I packed on a good 15lbs.  After weeks of physical therapy I received clearance to exercise using body weight, time to go back to a workout program that has worked for me in the past, Insanity! Yes, I decided to try Max 30 instead for one simple reason, the modifier.  Max 30 gives you the option to keep the modifier on the screen at all times which is very helpful considering the lack of strength in my left arm.  I will try to phase out the modifier as my strength increases.

So far Insanity Max 30 is all its hyped up to be, a killer workout jam packed in 30 minutes by using your body to make your body.  If you have any questions about the program please leave a comment in the comment section.
